Bonuses
$500 Sign-on bonus
New hires receive $250 at three months and another $250 at six months of employment. Employee must be in good standing to be eligible.
$1,300 Employee Referral bonus
Refer an employee to our agency and receive $300 at their three months, $500 at their six months, and another $500 at their one year of employment.

General applicant requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Willingness to transport clients
- Ability to clear a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study
