About Integrity Living Options
Team-oriented care, rooted in respect.
Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO) is a Minnesota-based organization incorporated in 2002 that provides responsive and respectful services and supports for individuals with a range of disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Individuals are served in our Community Residential Services homes, in our 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Programs, and by staff members of our Unit-Based Division (Positive Supports and Crisis Stabilization Services).
Our mission
"To nurture the growth and success of the individuals we serve and the people we employ, through responsive and respectful services and supports."
Everything we do, from staffing decisions to individual service plans, traces back to that mission.
What we believe
Respectful
Every individual we serve is treated with dignity. We listen first, and we build plans around the person, not the other way around.
Responsive
Needs change. We stay in close contact with families and case managers so services can adapt as quickly as life does.
Team-oriented
From house managers to our company President, communication is open and honest. Families tell us it's one of the things they value most.

What families say
Thank you to everyone who helped my brother move into your adult foster care residential home. He is doing so well and he tells everyone in my family "this is the nicest place I've ever lived." And that is saying something for someone with such a great memory as his. He is sitting outside and getting sun. I don't think he has sat outside for over 10–15 years. He is going for walks and engaging with the people in the house. I can tell he feels safe in the house, and I just think he is so much happier than he has been in so long. I'm just so pleased with how he has taken to living at Brighton Place and how much more healthy he seems. I think we'll see a lot fewer hospitalizations in the next year if he keeps on this path. Thank you. — Kathy, Sister
